Merit America is a non-profit that provides a path to skilled technology careers for Americans who can’t yet compete for these roles. Merit engaged BRSdata to design and staff its first data organization, including hiring a new Director of Data. BRSdata was further retained to provide onboarding support to the director and data culture coaching to data stakeholders across Merit.
